Guatemalan New Oriente SHB(green beans)
This single origin, is considered one of the best regions for coffee production in Guatemala and it is also a non – volcanic area situated in the Cuchumatanes mountain range in the north west of Guatemala bordering Mexico.
The roasted bean is "Complex with winey notes" and is versatile enough to be made by any preferred method.
Best roasted just to second crack.
